I was reading an article in a turf magazine this morning covering the use of gray water. It was very eye opening. Apparently there are a lot of misconceptions about gray water, which isĀ just used sink, shower, washing machine water. Many states have harsh restrictions on using the water for no real reason. There has never been any illness caused by the use of this water when used correctly. As long as the water is diverted away from any “black water” then it is great for irrigation purposes. It would save millions of gallons of water every year if implemented the way it should be. I’ll be checking into what restrictions aplly in our area and let you all know.
